Free Vaccines for Eligible Children
Saint Luke’s is proud to be an approved provider for the Vaccines for Children program. We believe vaccinating on time is important to the health of children, families, and the community.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Vaccines for Children program provides the recommended vaccinations for 16 diseases at no cost for eligible children. Vaccinations in this program are provided at select Saint Luke’s Primary Care locations.
To be eligible, children must be younger than 19 years of age and meet one of the following criteria:
- Medicare-eligible
- Uninsured
- American Indian or Alaska Native
