An eight-week program dedicated to helping suicide attempt survivors find healing, hope, and inspiration

The Survivors of Suicide Attempts support group offers survivors a safe, nonjudgmental place to talk about their common experiences.

We encourage members to share their stories of recovery, support each other, and learn new ways to cope with suicidal thoughts. Through peer support and clinician-guided facilitation, we offer a supportive community that teaches effective coping skills and cultivates hope.

Support group details:

  • Participants will complete an intake interview prior to joining the group

This group was first formed in 2011 by the Didi Hirsch Suicide Prevention Center, a program of Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services in Los Angeles.
