As we close out the year, you may be thinking about your New Year’s resolutions for 2024. A recent national survey found four of the five top resolutions are improved fitness, mental health, diet, and losing weight.

We’re talking with Megan Markey, a licensed psychologist with Saint Luke’s Health System, about how mental health can play a big role in setting yourself up for success when it comes to making healthy lifestyle changes.
