At Saint Luke’s Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute, patients with epilepsy receive a full range of advanced diagnostic and treatment options. We are nationally recognized for expert medical and surgical management of epilepsy and an adult Level 4 Comprehensive Epilepsy Center, which is the highest designation attainable through the National Association of Epilepsy Centers.

Saint Luke’s Comprehensive Epilepsy Center treats patients ages 14 and older, offering:

  • Medical management of seizures by a team of board-certified epileptologists (epilepsy specialists)
  • A 12-bed inpatient Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU), where we can record and analyze patients’ seizure activity 24/7
  • Our Epilepsy Surgery Conference, a multidisciplinary team that meets monthly to develop individualized patient treatment plans for all epilepsy patients who complete the first step to surgical monitoring and are candidates for surgical treatments
