The world's tiniest pacemaker has received FDA approval. Micra is the first pacemaker with no wires, and the first that's not implanted just under the skin. This one goes directly into the heart and it's about one-tenth the size of standard models. 

Saint Luke's cardiologists, Dr. Alan Wimmer and Dr. Sanjaya Gupta, talk to local media about why this small device is the future for all pacemakers.
