Media Coverage: Author of "You Are What Your Grandparents Ate" and Saint Luke's talk about role of nutrition on future generations

Saint Luke's Muriel I. Kauffman Women's Heart Center, in conjunction with Rainy Day Books, hosted a free event featuring Judith Finlayson, the author of "You Are What Your Grandparents Ate." 

Finlayson, Dr. Tracy Stevens, the medical director of the Women's Heart Center, and Lucas Schubert, program coordinator of Saint Luke's Food As Medicine Everyday (FAME) program, discussed the book which explores how the nutrition of the generations before you has a direct impact on who you are today.
