KSHB: Lee's Summit man celebrates leaving hospital after three months-long COVID-19 battle

After being in the hospital for more than three months with COVID-19, Everidge Cade's sendoff at Saint Luke's Rehabilitation Institute was more than just a fond farewell. It was a celebration for the patient, his family, and the many doctors, nurses, and health care workers who got him on the path to recovery.

KSHB talked to the 73-year-old about his story of survival and Dr. Brad Steinle, medical director of Saint Luke’s rehabilitation services.
