KMBC: Best of 2019: Baby born early graduates from NICU at Saint Luke's East Hospital

As the year comes to an end, KMBC highlighted its favorite stories from 2019, including one story about a special graduation walk for one baby who beat the odds. 

Brecken Harber was born eight weeks ahead of schedule. After spending 40 days in the NICU at Saint Luke's East Hospital, Brecken's family finally got to take him home. Saint Luke's held a graduation walk down the hallway on their way out, complete with cap and gown, and of course, a diploma to celebrate.
