KCTV: Traumatic Car Accident Survivor Reunites With Care Team on Trauma Survivors Day

In September, a devastating car accident left Michelle Miller, 57, unable to walk. After receiving care at Saint Luke's and relearning how to walk through rigorous outpatient rehab, Michelle returned to Saint Luke's to visit with her care team on National Trauma Survivors Day.

KCTV talked with Michelle and Alyssa Fesmire, MD, a critical care surgeon at Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City, about Michelle's journey and the resilience of all trauma survivors.
