Health News You Can Use: Men’s Health Awareness Month: Prostate and Testicular Cancer

About one in two men will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, according to the American Cancer Society. Yet, men are 24% less likely than women to have visited a doctor within the past year.

November is Men’s Health Awareness Month - or “Movember” - which focuses on raising awareness for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and other men’s health issues. We are talking with Dr. Ryan Miller, urologist with Advanced Urologic Associates at Saint Luke’s East Hospital, about just that.
