FOX4: Chiefs superfan celebrates anniversary of surviving near-fatal heart attack

One year ago, Chiefs superfan Dan Boos collapsed of a serious heart attack shortly after a live interview with FOX4 for Red Fridays. 

FOX4's Kerri Stowell and another station employee sprung into action to perform CPR until emergency responders arrived. Dan was brought to Saint Luke's Mid Ameria Heart Institute where a team of cardiologists worked quickly to save his life. You may have seen the news story earlier this year.

To celebrate the first anniversary of his amazing recovery, Dan brought his family and Chiefs superfan bus to Saint Luke's to show appreciation for his doctors and the rest of his care team.
