A new program at Saint Luke’s will help promote quality of care by providing nurses support to conduct research. The Nursing Research Clinical Scholar program at Saint Luke’s launched this month and is designed to provide resources and financial support to a select group of nurses to attend monthly research-related seminars, develop a research project and submit it for funding, and ultimately conduct the study.

Wright Memorial Hospital and North Central Missouri College partner to offer certification courses

Wright Memorial Hospital and North Central Missouri College (NCMC) have entered into an agreement for the purpose of offering Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification courses to Wright Memorial Hospital nurses as well as NCMC nursing students and faculty. The courses will utilize the simulation lab and equipment located on the NCMC campus.
