Media Coverage: Kansas City Zoo Welcomes New Cotton-Top Tamarins in New Partnership With Saint Luke's

 

The Kansas City Zoo and Aquarium announced the birth of two cotton-top tamarins, a critically endangered type of monkey native to the forests of Colombia.

With their birth, the zoo is also introducing a new program sponsored by Saint Luke's called "Wild Beginnings," a partnership celebrating “zooborns” at the KC Zoo. Saint Luke's gave out Wild Beginnings onesies and tickets to the zoo to families in the maternity unit in honor of the partnership.
