Missouri voters chose to become the 38th state in the country to expand Medicaid. An estimated 230,000 more Missourians will now qualify for health care under the Affordable Care Act.

KCTV talked to Tim Van Zandt, Vice President of Government and Community Relations at Saint Luke's Health System, about how the vote will impact patients and the local community.
