Pfizer said it is on track to get its coronavirus vaccine on the market by the end of November after releasing promising results of a large clinical trial.

FOX4 talked to Dr. Andrew Schlachter, a pulmonologist and critical care physician at Saint Luke's, about what this means moving forward as local hospitals continue to see a surge in COVID patients.
