Testing Algorithm:
1. This test includes TSH "Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH), Serum or Plasma."
2. Any abnormal TSH will reflex to T4 FREE "T4 (Thyroxine), Free, Serum or Plasma."
3. An abnormal low TSH with a normal T4 Free, will reflex to TRIIODOTHY "T3 (Triiodothyronine), Total Only, Serum or Plasma."
