COVID-19 Vaccination Events

Before your appointment

Prior to your appointment, complete your eCheck-In and consent form via mySaintLukes. Go to the mySaintLuke's home page and scroll down to click on the "eCheck-In" button.

On the day of your appointment

  • Plan to arrive no more than 5 minutes early. Your cooperation allows us to follow social distancing guidelines and not overcrowd our clinic space. If you arrive earlier than that, you will be asked to go back to your car or to wait outside.
  • If you arrive early, wait in your car until five minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive by bus, you will be directed to a waiting area until your appointment.
  • Do not bring anyone with you unless you need physical assistance.
  • Wear a mask and short-sleeved shirt.
  • Bring your ID and insurance card.
  • You will need to be monitored for at least 15 minutes following the vaccination.
  • Your second (booster) dose will be automatically scheduled after you receive your first dose. It is essential to take both vaccine doses to achieve the intended immune response.
  • Keep your vaccination card to bring to your booster appointment.
  • If you have the opportunity to be vaccinated elsewhere, please cancel this appointment so we may offer the slot to another patient. In mySaintLuke’s, go to Visits, scroll down to click on your vaccine appointment, and select “Cancel Appt.” To reschedule, you must cancel your current appointment and then schedule a new appointment. After you cancel, go back to Visits, then Schedule an Appointment, or you may call 816-251-5515.

Directions: The vaccine clinic is located on the Saint Luke’s North Hospital campus, inside the Barry Medical Park building, located off I-29 and NW Barry Road. Enter through the Barry Medical Park main entrance and take the elevator up to the first floor (the main entrance is on the ground floor).

Directions: The vaccine clinic is located on the Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City campus in the Medical Plaza 3 building. You will drive to Entrance 3, located off Broadway just south of 43rd St., and park in the parking garage. Enter the Medical Plaza 3 building, take the elevator to the third floor, and turn left to enter the Saint Luke’s Primary Care–Plaza clinic. The bus stop is on the 401 and 47 bus lines, at 43rd St. and Mill Creek Parkway. Head west along 43rd St., then turn left at Broadway and walk to Entrance 3.
