I hope it's no secret that Ms. Ibanez is not just someone who is passionate about patient care. That IS a passion, but it's obvious to us patients that she is passionate about cardio-health in general. She's up on her reading. She's quick to point out where society is dropping the ball on heart-health, and this is great. It's things we lay-people wouldn't know without her help. It's a huge help for my own knowledge, but it's also complete and total proof that she knows her stuff. It makes us feel like we're in good hands. I cannot say it any more clearly, she's great at what she does.
