He was very thorough and took the time to explain the cause and possible treatment options available. He took the necessary time to ensure I understood the options and possible treatment options. He listened to my concerns and used this information to determine a treatment plan. Although I was in a bad mood and likely a difficult patient he was calm/professional and politely guided me to proper treatment plan
