Dr. Main chairs the Cardiovascular Division within Saint Luke’s Physician Group, and serves as co-medical director for the Saint Luke’s Health System Cardiovascular Service Line. He is a professor of medicine at the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine, and a practicing cardiologist at Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute.

Dr. Main earned his medical degree at the University of Iowa College of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and an advanced cardiac imaging fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
