About Meghan L. Rouchka

Meghan Fraley, PA-C, is a physician assistant who specializes in the care of patients with gastrointestinal (GI) conditions. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Meghan believes in making her patients feel comfortable and heard, as well as including them in the decision-making process.
She treats a wide range of GI conditions, including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD); esophageal dysmotility; gastroparesis; irritable bowel syndrome (IBS); Crohn's disease; and ulcerative colitis.
When she isn’t seeing patients, Meghan enjoys running, yoga, cooking, reading, and spending time with her dog, Winston.
