I felt this particular visit was one of the most focused and professional experiences I have had in recent years. Entering the visit I was confused as to its purpose. Leaving the visit I felt informed and encouraged that an excellent plan was in place. Dr. Jacob patiently listened to my concerns and answered all questions that I asked. I feel confident that I am receiving outstanding service.

So impressed with Dr. Jacob, his ability to explain all of it was impressive, gave so much hope but didn't feel any pressure to decide right then what we needed to do.

Dr took time to discuss events. Talk over issues, listen to my concerns. Explaining pretty much everything I even thought about besides questions I bought up! Very friendly and helpful insuring I was aware of any possible problems. Was very comfortable and knowledgeable after visit.

Dr Jacobson is just excellent. He was easy to talk with. He explained why he needed to make changes in my meds, what the next med would be & what I needed to do. He speaks in a clear tone & is very precise.
