About Amy M. Holman

Board-certified family medicine physician, Amy Holman, MD, enjoys taking care of patients of all ages and believes that a collaborative relationship between doctor and patient is important for optimum health. Dr. Holman involves patients in medical decision making by fostering open and honest discussions and by providing essential information to help inform decision making.
Dr. Holman completed her medical training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita, Kansas. After graduating from medical school, she remained in Wichita and completed residency training at Wesley Family Medicine, where she held the position of Chief Resident.
Dr. Holman serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Kansas School of Medicine and serves on the Saint Luke’s Primary Care Evidence-Based Practice committee.
When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Holman enjoys singing, playing the piano, traveling, and wine tasting. She is currently in the process of planting a vineyard and has plans to open a winery in the future. She is also an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution serving with the White Alloe Chapter in Parkville, Missouri.
