Dr. Lem and his staff are all wonderful. Thoroughly impressed with how they explained things and showed utmost respect and put me at ease. Also, extremely impressed with how clean the exam rooms and waiting area was. Not only did they have a "stand alone" hand sanitizer as you enter the waiting area and in each room, but while being checked in, I noticed another desk clerk sanitizing the clipboards patients use to fill out forms. With all the attention to detail they showed in keeping a clean facility and addressing more health concerns promptly and completely, I knew I was in good hands.

She was very good at listening and understanding everything I have been through. I was surprised that she had viewed a lot of my medical records and already knew a lot of what is going on with me. I was very happy and amazed by this. I have seen a lot of doctors and they have never done this.
