Kidney Transplantation

Saint Luke’s is a leader in kidney transplantation—performing the first kidney transplant in the Kansas City area in 1969, and the first laparoscopy, living kidney donation surgery in the region. Saint Luke’s offers some of the nation’s shortest wait times for kidney transplants.
Our highly specialized and experienced kidney transplant experts are committed to supporting each patient throughout the evaluation and transplant process.

Appointment Information

New patients please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment so that the necessary paperwork can be completed and your copayment collected. Existing patients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you must cancel your appointment for any reason, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

We handle prescription refills during normal office hours only. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for a refill request. 

Copays and outstanding balances need to be paid at the time of service.
