Schedule Your COVID Vaccine or Booster

The Iola Clinic provides Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine for established patients age 12 and older (first and second dose), along with booster doses for age 16 and older.

Call the Iola Clinic at 620-365-6933 to schedule your vaccine or booster. Appointments are available on Wednesdays during normal business hours.

Appointment Information

Appointments can be made by calling a clinic location directly or during checkout after your appointment.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment so we can collect or update your information.

If you must cancel your appointment for any reason, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. 

Medication Refills

If you need a medication refill between appointments, please call your pharmacist to request a refill. Refills that need physician approval will be handled during normal office hours only. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for our office to process your request.

Copayments are required at the time of service. We will bill you for any balance owed.  

If you are a self-pay patient, we ask that you pay a minimum of $20 at the time of service. Payment for subsequent visits will be required at the time of service.
