Home care and hospice

Home health care
Home health care provides medical and supportive services in the comfort of a patient’s home, allowing patients to recover, manage chronic conditions, and maintain independence while receiving the care they need.

Home hospice care
Home hospice care provides compassionate support for patients with a life-limiting illness. Care can be provided in a patient’s or family member’s home, or in an assisted living or long-term care community.

Saint Luke's Hospice House
Our free-standing hospice facility in Midtown Kansas City is a safe, loving space where patients can spend their final days. We offer hospice care for patients who may require more pain and symptoms management than can be provided at home.

Skilled nursing and short-term rehab

For short-term rehabilitation or long-term skilled nursing, York Place Skilled Nursing & Rehab at Bishop Spencer Place offers comprehensive care with a focus on medical needs, as well as emotional, spiritual, and social needs.

Saint Luke’s critical access hospitals, located in Southeast Kansas and Northwest Missouri, offer a skilled nursing and short-term inpatient rehabilitation program to help patients transition home after a hospital stay.

Located in Garnett, Kansas, the Residential Living Center offers high-quality long-term care with all the comforts of home and is the only nursing home in the region physically connected to a hospital.
