Pharmacy Practice News: Lessons Learned From ASHP’s Center of Excellence Program Recipients
Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is one of six institutions recognized as Certified Centers of Excellence in Medication-Use Safety and Pharmacy Practice, following a rigorous certification process that ranges from 12 to 24 months. Certification lasts for three years.
