Jennifer Clark Named Hedrick Medical Center Employee of Quarter–Third Quarter 2026

Chillicothe, Mo.— Jennifer Clark, a licensed clinical social worker at Hedrick Medical Center, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter for third quarter of 2026. Catherine Hamilton, administrator, presented the award to Clark at a ceremony held in her honor.

The Employee of the Quarter Award recognizes an employee who provides exemplary service, goes above and beyond to support colleagues, or assists and comforts patients and their families.

In her nomination form, Clark’s coworkers said, “Jennifer is an advocate for patients and consistently supports coworkers through thoughtful notes, encouraging messages, and meaningful acts of kindness. She is an exceptional communicator and team player and works collaboratively with several care team members to ensure the patients’ needs are met. Jennifer is a great resource during challenging situations, working to identify effective solutions and ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, helping guide patients toward the resources, services, and care options that best support their individual needs and well-being.”

In recognition of the award, Clark received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of her choice for three months, her photo posted in the hospital, and recognition in employee communications.
