Halley Windsor Named Wright Memorial Hospital Employee of Quarter
TRENTON, Mo. — Halley Windsor, a registered nurse at Wright Memorial Hospital, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter. Catherine Hamilton, administrator, presented the award to Windsor at a ceremony held in her honor.
The Employee of the Quarter Award recognizes an employee who provides exemplary service, goes above and beyond to support colleagues, or assists and comforts patients and their families.
In her nomination form, Windsor’s coworkers said, “Halley is extremely intelligent, very detail oriented, and is always striving to become better at her job. She truly cares about her patients and displays incredible bed side manner. She provides excellent support to her coworkers and is always asking what she can do to help. Halley is hard working, dedicated, and has her patients’ best interests at heart.”
In recognition of the award, Windsor received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of her choice for three months, her photo posted in the hospital, her name engraved on a plaque displayed in the hospital, and recognition in employee communications.
