Skyla Herring named Wright Memorial Hospital’s Employee of the Quarter–Third Quarter 2026

Trenton, Mo. — Skyla Herring, a licensed practical nurse at Wright Memorial Physicians’ Group, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2026. Catherine Hamilton, administrator, presented the award to Herring at a ceremony held in her honor.

The Employee of the Quarter Award recognizes an employee who provides exemplary service, goes above and beyond to support colleagues, or assists and comforts patients and their families.

In her nomination form, Herring’s coworkers said, “Skyla is always positive and greets every patient with a warm smile. She is genuinely compassionate about the care she provides and is very engaged in supporting her patients. Skyla completes tasks in a timely manner and is always willing to help answer patient questions to ensure patients fully understand their care plan.”

In recognition of the award, Herring received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of her choice for three months, her photo posted in the hospital, and recognition in employee communications.
