Families all across the country are dealing with the ripple effects of inflation causing some people to change the way they eat because of higher costs.

KSHB talked to Grace Hoffman, nutritional coordinator with Saint Luke's Food As Medicine Everyday (FAME) program, about how to reduce food costs while staying healthy.
