Experts say that putting a stuffed toy in the front seat can help remind drivers of small, back seat passengers.  Saint Luke's North Hospital received a donation of 100 stuffed toys from and gave away some to new parents at its monthly car seat safety installation event.  KMBC 9's Kisha Henry spoke with Saint Luke's North Hospital's parent educator, Terry Dickinson, about how this program - and awareness about car seat safety - may help reduce injuries to children.
