KCTV: Saint Luke's Health System Participates in SevenDays of Kindness Movement

Caring for patients means caring for the whole person. As part of the SevenDays movement, Saint Luke's Health System encouraged staff to learn about another religion, culture, or group of people on "Discover Day."

SevenDays is a community-wide initiative that aims to turn hate and tragedy into kindness.

KCTV talked to Nikki Beard, Director of Strategic Diversity Initiatives at Saint Luke's, about what the health care system is doing to encourage cultural humility.
