Kansas City Star: ‘Diaper Dozen’ – minus two – reunites at St. Luke’s East three years later

Six sets of twins, known as "The Diaper Dozen," were born three years ago Saint Luke's East Hospital and were all being cared for at the same time. 

Five of the sets reunited to celebrate their third birthdays, marking the first time they had been together since their stay at the hospital. The sixth set lives in Florida and was unable to attend to get-together.
