Between the Big 12 Championship, Spring Break, St. Patrick's Day, and March Madness, there are many reasons to celebrate this month. But doctors warn overindulging in alcohol and salty foods can be hard on your heart.

FOX4 talked to Dr. James O'Keefe, director of preventive cardiology at Saint Luke's Mid America Heart Institute, about 'holiday heart' and how it can lead to other long-term issues.
