Saint Luke's East Hospital celebrated a major milestone more than a decade in the making— 20,000 babies born at the hospital.

Nevaeh was the 20,000th baby born at the hospital since it started delivering in 2006. On Wednesday, the entire hospital threw the baby girl and her family a big birthday party to celebrate.

FOX4 talked to Dr. Ingenue Cobbinah, an OB/GYN with Saint Luke's Women's Health East, about the impressive feat.

"I think that that number in such a short period of time is a reflection on the services we provide," said Cobbinah.
