Dr. Krista Clark Named to the Hedrick Medical Center Board of Directors

Chillicothe, Mo.  — Krista Clark, D.O., M.B.A., board-certified family physician at Hedrick Family Care in Chillicothe, has recently been appointed to the Hedrick Medical Center Board of Directors. She officially began her term on January 1, 2023

Dr. Clark, who is also the current medical director for the Saint Luke’s Health System Critical Access Region, began practicing at Hedrick in 2013. After graduating from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, she completed her residency at University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine. While there, she served as chief resident.

“I’m excited to have the opportunity to serve the hospital in a way that’s different from my role as a physician,” said Dr. Clark. “We already have a tremendous board; I’m just looking to contribute any way I can. I’m grateful for the opportunity.”

A Liberty, MO native, Dr. Clark resides in Chillicothe with her husband, Andy, and their two daughters. She volunteers and supports community activities for Bishop Hogan Memorial School, including their Annual Dinner Auction. She enjoys CrossFit and coaching youth soccer.

“Dr. Clark is an excellent physician and has done a tremendous job as Medical Director over the Critical Access Region,” said Steve Schieber, CEO, Hedrick Medical Center. “I know she’ll bring that same level of professionalism and dedication to the board. She’ll no doubt be an integral part of the direction of Hedrick Medical Center moving forward.
