Whether you're visiting a Saint Luke's facility in-person or conducting a virtual visit, we want to make sure you have all the information you'll need.
In-person visit
Patients and visitors at Saint Luke's facilities are asked to wear a mask if they are exhibiting any symptoms of respiratory illness. Masks are available for those who need or wish to wear one. See our Visitor Guidelines for the latest information.
Virtual visit
For patients conducting a virtual visit with one of our providers via the mySaintLuke's patient portal, view our resource hub featuring how-to guides, video walkthroughs, and more. On the day of your visit, log into your mySaintLuke's patient portal and begin your visit 10 minutes before your appointment time.
Complete your eCheck-In now
Save time by completing your eCheck-in before arriving to pay your copay, verify information, and sign forms. Then, when you arrive at your appointment, there is no waiting in line to check in. You'll log in to mySaintLuke's, click "I'm Here," and take a seat. We'll call your name when your exam room is ready. The eCheck-In process is open starting seven days prior to your appointment. If you do not have a mySaintLuke's account, signing up is easy.
