Saint Luke’s nationally accredited School of Radiologic Technology strives to maximize all potential resources to develop a broad-based medical imaging education for our students.

The MRI Internship program is a 10-month, full-time clinical and didactic program. The program is committed to educational excellence through high-quality clinical and academic instruction, preparing interns to deliver safe, competent, and compassionate MRI services to a diverse patient population.  

After completing the Saint Luke’s School of Radiologic Technology program, you will be able to accurately integrate knowledge of anatomy, positioning, and radiographic techniques to demonstrate structures on an image or radiograph.

Scott Stewart, 71, of Iola Kansas, is known in his community for his voice. For more than 20 years, he was a calm presence who dispatched first responders during emergencies. For years, he's guided others through difficult moments.

In 2018, 59-year-old Crisann Surrena was in the middle of a big life change. She was preparing to move from Louisiana to Texas and was on the road when she began having trouble breathing, setting off a chain of events that would eventually bring her all the way to Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute. 

After a fainting spell, Angela Alvarez was ultimately diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure. Her original plan of action was to undergo a heart transplant, but she sought a second opinion at Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute.
