About Robert Reid, MD
I provide remote critical care support to the Saint Luke's Health System intensive care units in the Kansas City area in addition to several community hospitals in Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa via the Saint Luke's eICU system. My goal is to provide our ICU patients with the highest quality care by assisting the bedside physicians and nurses with a second level of monitoring and intervention.

About These Ratings
The BJC Medical Group (BJCMG) partners with an independent survey company, Professional Research Consultants (PRC), to gather feedback directly from patients about their experiences. PRC sends electronic surveys to BJCMG patients following a medical visit, asking them to evaluate different aspects of their care. Once a provider receives at least 30 reviews, responses are calculated by our survey vendor and posted to the provider's profile using a five-star rating system.
We refer to Saint Luke’s providers as well as independent providers credentialed at a Saint Luke’s facility. Providers make no payments for these referrals and our selections are based on your needs and preferences.
