Back-to-School and Sports Physicals

A physical exam is an important part of understanding your child's health before they participate in school activities. Stop by one of our Saint Luke's Convenient Care clinics where no appointment is needed. 

• Physicals meet requirements for participation
• At Convenient Care locations only, skip the line by saving your spot
• Physicals are just $40 until Sept. 3
• Students should bring all necessary forms
• All students must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if they are under the age of 18
• Glasses or contacts must be brought in for a sports physical

Your child does not need to be a Saint Luke’s patient. If your child is a Saint Luke’s patient, we will share details from the visit with their primary care provider. If your child needs a follow-up visit with a physician, we can provide a referral.

Physicals are also available at your primary care clinic. Costs at the primary care office may vary depending on your insurance and benefit plan.
