Terry Plaster Named Hedrick Medical Center Employee of Quarter - First Quarter 2025

CHILLICOTHE, Mo.— Terry Plaster, an executive administrative assistant at Hedrick Medical Center, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter for first quarter of 2025. Catherine Hamilton, administrator, presented the award to Plaster at a ceremony held in her honor.

The Employee of the Quarter Award recognizes an employee who provides exemplary service, goes above and beyond to support colleagues, or assists and comforts patients and their families.

In her nomination form, Plaster’s coworkers said, “Terry is excellent in all aspects of her job and displays remarkable attention to detail. She is friendly, kind, and always willing to lend a helping hand. She is great at showing appreciation to others and providing positive feedback. Terry is always smiling, shows great dedication, and is very proud to be part of the Saint Luke’s team.”

In recognition of the award, Plaster received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of her choice for three months, her photo posted in the hospital, her name engraved on a plaque displayed in the hospital, and recognition in employee communications.
