Lorrinda Suddith Named Hedrick Medical Center Employee of Quarter – Second Quarter 2025
CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — Lorrinda Suddith, a registered nurse at Hedrick Medical Center, was honored as the hospital's Employee of the Quarter for second quarter of 2025. Catherine Hamilton, administrator, presented the award to Suddith at a ceremony held in her honor.
The Employee of the Quarter Award recognizes an employee who provides exemplary service, goes above and beyond to support colleagues, or assists and comforts patients and their families.
In her nomination form, Suddith’s coworkers said, “Lorrinda is a great mentor and leads by example. She is an asset to our team and community, always going above and beyond for her patients and team members. She has been flexible with her scheduling, ensuring coverage day and night is in place for our patients. Lorrinda always goes the extra mile to ensure patients are taken care of.”
In recognition of the award, Suddith received an Employee of the Quarter certificate, the parking space of her choice for three months, her photo posted in the hospital, her name engraved on a plaque displayed in the hospital, and recognition in employee communications.
