A Sedalia man says faith and a medical miracle gave him a second chance at life.

Kelly Anspaugh received a rare combined heart and kidney transplant at Saint Luke's this spring after playing tug of war with death for years.

KSHB talked to Dr. Andrew Kao, medical director of heart transplantation at Saint Luke's Mid America Heart Institute, about how Kelly beat all odds to survive and thrive.
