KSHB: Doctors provide mental health tips to deal with Thanksgiving changes

This Thanksgiving is going to be unlike any other due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The CDC is encouraging people to avoid travel and gatherings to help stop the spread.

KSHB spoke to Kadie Harry, PhD, a psychologist with Saint Luke's Behavioral Health Specialists, about ways to cope with difficult changes this Thanksgiving.
