KMBC: Tyreek Hill donates meals to say thank you to health care workers at Saint Luke's North

Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill handed out food to health care workers at Saint Luke's North Hospital Thursday.

The Tyreek Hill Foundation partnered with Chick-fil-A to deliver about 200 sandwiches to employees.
