KMBC: With COVID-19 testing backlog, hospitals and clinics can get test results back in days

Health departments on both sides of the state line are booking COVID-19 testing as much as a week out, and test results can take another five to nine business days to process.

KMBC talked to Ginny Boos, PhD, RN, Saint Luke's Director of Infection Prevention, about how Saint Luke's Health System is working to get people tested rapidly for the virus at its many locations across the metro.
