Saint Luke's Health System raised its minimum hourly wage to $15 to show appreciation and support for employees amid the pandemic.

The move, which took effect in November, affects nearly 2,000 employees.

KCUR talked to Doris Rogers, Saint Luke's Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, about the increase.
