CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — The Hedrick Medical Center Auxiliary has awarded ten $500 scholarships to the following students pursuing degrees in the health care field:

Cameron Belmore, Connor Cotton, Gracie Ellis, Ada Fox, Gabrielle Gordon, Claire Hemry, Kiley Kirkpatrick, Kaylee Lewis, Lauren Price, and Claire Wright

The Hedrick Medical Center Auxiliary Scholarship Fund was established in 1998 to encourage qualified individuals to pursue or enrich a career in the health care field. These scholarships are awarded annually; to date, 227 recipients have benefited from the fund for a total of $112,500. 

2023 HMC Auxiliary Scholarship recipients also received additional funds through the generosity of the HMC Medical Staff Harkness Library Fund, totaling $700 for each recipient.
